Does Chavez Have a Death Wish?

According to VOA news -

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says he plans to raise taxes on foreign oil companies in Venezuela.
The new tax will be 33 percent - up from 16.7 percent.

The Real Effect
It almost seems as though Hugo is egging the west to invade Venezuela. First they sign the alternative free trade union and then this. If there is one thing that is certain about globalists, if you mess with their plans, they invade your country. This could be seen as the reason that is needed to mobilize the Free Trade Area of the Americas (American Union).

We'll have to wait and see how this turns out.
