Francis, New World Pope

Rock stars have an intimate knowledge of how the world can run away with your fame, sucking you into a life of glamor, fame and excess. Overnight you can literally catapult from a nobody to the very backbone of the industry you previously were ignored by. Even more stunning can be the mis-characterizations of positions you previously held and the vitriolic reaction to a 'credible report' which is dubiously sourced.

Enter Time magazine -
Francis, the first New World Pope, faces some old and vexing problems. He must confront headlines reminding him of the church’s failures in dealing with the scandal of priestly sexual abuse. He must reform the Vatican’s finances by way of a bureaucracy that originated in medieval times and is burdened by aristocratic privilege and the Machiavellian instincts of feudal Italy. He must respond to the opposing demands of a divided flock—with many Catholics in North America and Europe asking for more-liberal interpretations of doctrine even as many in the burgeoning mission fields of Africa and Asia warm to the conservative comforts of the faith. Unlike some of the cataclysmic challenges in the church’s past, these problems are internal—but as such, they are more difficult to resolve.
This wouldn't be nearly so problematic if it hadn't been for the utterances of his predecessors:
Pope John Paul II
"More than ever, we need a new international order that draws on the experience and results achieved in these years by the United Nations," he declared during a service to mark the Roman Catholic Church's World Day of Peace, celebrated on January 1.
and Pope Benedict XVI -
In a speech made at the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace on Monday December 3 2012, the Pope called for the “construction of a world community, with a corresponding authority,” to serve the “common good of the human family”.
and the creation of a world central bank -
“Of course, this transformation will be made at the cost of a gradual, balanced transfer of a part of each nation’s powers to a world authority and to regional authorities, but this is necessary at a time when the dynamism of human society and the economy and the progress of technology are transcending borders, which are in fact already very eroded in a globalizes world.”

On April Fool's Day, Francis visited the site believed to be the tomb of St. Peter -
Pope Francis on Monday took an emotional, close-up look at the tomb of Peter, the church's first pontiff, buried beneath St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican said.

By doing so, Francis became the first pontiff to visit the necropolis, where pagans and early Christians were buried, since extensive archaeological excavations were conducted at the ancient site decades ago, the Vatican said.

The 45-minute "visit of devotion to the tomb of St. Peter" was private, the Vatican said, but it later released a video of it.

The basilica was built over the location where early Christians would gather in secret, at a time of persecution in ancient Rome, to pray at an unmarked tomb believed to be that of Peter, the apostle Jesus chose to lead his church.
To top things off, there are Catholic reports of St. Peter's ghost literally possessing Pope Francis.

Taking all of this into consideration, there are some bizarre things happening that warrant close examination.

Farage: EU wants to steal money from Cypriots bank accounts

The antics in Cyprus illuminate the real intentions of the globalists -
Banks on the Mediterranean island may never reopen, Germany warned after lawmakers late Tuesday turned down a $12.9 billion deal that would have seen Cypriots lose up to 10 per cent of their bank deposits.

Thousands of Cypriots withdrew savings over the weekend fearing the deal might pass, emptying ATMs and sending global money markets into a steep dive.

Banks were ordered to remain closed after finance officials predicted a run on savings and a huge outflow of capital if they were to reopen.
 But wait, it won't, couldn't, shouldn't even remotely happen here -
"The district court determined that under Utah law the relationship between a bank and a depositor is generally that of a debtor to a creditor, citing Walker Bank & Trust Co. v. First Security Corp., 9 Utah 2d 215, 341 P.2d 944, 946 (1959). United States v. Intermountain Region Concrete Co., 636 F.Supp. at 284."
So, when you're considering the question of whether you should "leave your money in the bank or not", you are committing a category error.  What you are actually deciding is "do I want to lend my money to this particular corporation or not"?

These days, loaning one's money to banks strikes me as about as wise as loaning it to the homeless guy living under the bridge.  Sure, there is a chance he's not going to spend it all on alcohol and default, but you have to assume that is the most probable outcome.

Not to be outdone, Chase appears to be practicing as well -
Millions of Chase Bank customers were affected by an unfortunately timed glitch which resulted in their checking and savings accounts showing a zero balance for several hours yesterday, prompting many to take to Twitter and express panic that their money had been stolen.

After Chase was hit by a denial of service attack last week, the bank blamed an “internal” issue for the glitch which left shocked customers thinking their online and mobile banking accounts had been emptied of deposits. The issue was resolved by 7:30pm PST.
 Don't say you haven't been warned. Repeatedly.

Highway Robbery - Cyprus Style

The banksters strike with lethal precision -

Cyprus will put forward a new proposal on Monday under which a tax-free threshold or a lower tax rate for smaller depositors could be introduced, media reports said on Monday, in a move aimed at easing the pain of a bailout agreement which will impose an unprecedented tax on savers.

Banks in the country were shut on Monday for a public holiday, and would remain shut on Tuesday and Wednesday, the agencies said. The news comes amid fears that the decision to force uninsured depositors to fund part of the country's bailout could many prompt savers to withdraw their holdings.


Got that? No? Let me spell it out:
  • "tax rate for smaller depositors" Theft of individual private property entrusted to a private institution (bank) for safe keeping.
  • "unprecedented" The overt nature of the confiscation is the only unprecedented bit about this.
  • "Banks in the country were shut on Monday" This was timed to give them the longest window possible to get this done
  • "...and would remain shut on Tuesday and Wednesday..." And the government is forcing the people to keep their money with the banks. (After all, a "bank run" is nothing more than private consumers voting 'no confidence' with their money.)
  •  "...a bailout agreement" The primary beneficiaries are the very institutions which are keeping this money in the first place. They screwed up and they want the government to provide cover while they raid other accounts!

Reuters cited a government source in Cyprus as saying that the country is mulling a tax-free threshold on the bank deposit levy for smaller deposits. It cited a parliamentary official as suggesting that deposits up to 20,000 euros could be exempt. Remaining deposits up to 100,000 euros would be taxed at 6.7 percent and those exceeding that amount at 9.9 percent, the official told the news agency on condition of anonymity.

Earlier Dow Jones cited two unnamed European officials as saying savers with 100,000 to 500,000 euros would face a 10 percent tax, while those with savings over 500,000 euros would be taxed at 15 percent. Those with savings up to 100,000 euros would be taxed at 3 percent, according the report.

Under the original plan, every depositor under 100,000 euros would be taxed at 6.75 percent and those over that amount would face a 9.9 percent tax. The Cypriot Parliament has delayed a vote on the plan to Tuesday, an EU official told Reuters, "to allow time for more negotiations".


Ooops...we risked upsetting too many at the same time, so let's just 'target the rich...'
European Central Bank board member Joerg Asmussen told reporters on the sidelines of a conference on Monday that it was for the Cypriot government to decide the structure of a levy on depositors, Reuters reported, but the overall volume of its contribution to the bailout had to amount to 5.8 billion euros.

The German and French governments were also open to changing the bailout deal for Cyprus, Reuters said.


A EU bank head told Cyprus that they had to fork over 5.8 billion euros at the behest of the Germans and French, how they choose to screw their populace is up to them.
In order to achieve debt sustainability, a contribution from Cyprus is necessary, a contribution from the banking sector, from depositors and owners," Steffen Seibert, a spokesman for Chancellor Angela Merkels told the agency.

"How the country arrives at this contribution, how it divides it up, was and is up to the Cypriot government," he added. "As I believe the finance minister said last night on television, Germany could have imagined a different solution, a different staggering. But it was not our decision."
'We didn't tell them to do it exactly that way, so it wasn't us..."

Whether or not this passes is to an extent irrelevant. What is far more important is that this indicates a shift in bankster thinking away from subversive confiscation via inflation/gimmicking present over the last 30 years towards outright confiscation. Naturally, they are still trying to be coy about the whole thing by labeling it a tax on depositors, hoping they can get the cash on the helicopter before the populace realizes they've been had.

I believe that this will spread in this country gradually at first, but as the pinch of natural gas prices (40% higher in Wisconsin) combined with still increasing gasoline prices begin to strip Americans free cash, we will begin to see many people selling off properties in an attempt to capitalize on unrealistically high housing prices. After all, if you can't afford to heat one house, can you afford to heat two?

I strongly believe this will lead to a panicked sell-a-thon which will flood the market with overpriced housing, driving the prices down to at least pre-bubble levels. This will leave many holding large outstanding debts as much of their investment's value plummets.

The long and short is they are bleeding the real assets out of the United States and passing them into foreign control. Make no mistake, they will bleed this country dry. Savings, checking, 401K, gold, assets, they want it all and will not stop until they get it. The only companies that survive will be those that primarily serve the industrial military complex. Overnight this country will be transformed into the new prison state for the Global Order. Get food, get water, get a gun and get ready to defend yourself.

This is the destabilization phase of the longer reaching Religious War (Series) that is being used to demonize religion. Look for a continuing resurgence in class warfare which first seeks to commit countries to civil war before turning their sights across the world to 'the other nations who did this to us!'

Habemus Papam - A Horse of a Different Color

On 3/13/13, at 8:13 on the back of white smoke filling the air, the call went out...Habemus Papam or "We Have a Pope!".
I announce to you a great joy:
We have a Pope!
The most eminent and most reverend Lord,
Lord Jorge Cardinal of the Holy Roman Church Bergoglio,
Who takes for himself the name of Francis.
Around the world billions of Catholic adherents were overjoyed as a new pontiff assumed the vacated papacy. In the middle of this celebration, one can't but help to notice the symbols. Symbols, symbols everywhere. But why are symbols important?

...because symbols mean something.
The first thing this morning Pope Francis went secretly to pray at the basilica church of St Mary Major in Rome. It is a custom for a new pope to go to this great church to pray, but for Pope Francis it was the first thing on his agenda. While he was there he made it a point to pray at the tomb of Pope St Pius V. Is this significant? Does it matter? If it is significant what does it signify?

...the Popes know their actions and words are significant. This is why they carefully choose their papal name. Benedict XVI chose his name for sound and significant reasons. Francis chose his name for sound and significant reasons. During his papacy, Benedict paid two very significant visits to the tomb of Pope St. Celestine V – the pope who decided that a pope could abdicate, and the only one who did abdicate for the good of the church. Benedict then follows his example and abdicates for the good of the church.
 One of my main criticisms of anyone part of any movement is that they are often immune to any form of correction.
'There are no problems.'
 'Ok, there are problems, but they're not that bad.'
'Ok, the problems are real bad, but everyone has problems.'

I have no issues with people being unaware of issues as not everyone is privy to all information at all times but I do have an issue with those who choose to demonize the messenger because they hate the message. Those who literally believe that destroying the messenger will kill the message - 
There was a landowner who planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit.

“The tenants seized his servants; they beat one, killed another, and stoned a third. Then he sent other servants to them, more than the first time, and the tenants treated them the same way.  Last of all, he sent his son to them. ‘They will respect my son,’ he said.

“But when the tenants saw the son, they said to each other, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him and take his inheritance.’ So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. ~ Matthew 21:33-39
It is quite literally the reason why the Church recognizes good Friday. The cognitive dissonance can be absolutely stunning to behold in action. Enter the Trojan horse.

The Greeks had laid siege to the city of Troy for 10 years, trying in vain to take the city from the steadfast Trojan army. Something had to be done to secure the city, so they did the only sensible thing they could. They gave up and sailed away. But not before leaving behind a parting present - A large wooden horse as a kind of 'Thanks for playing!' parting gift for the victorious army. The Trojans wasted little time claiming this trophy by wheeling it through the city gates and celebrated a hard-fought epic war.

But not all was as it appeared.

For stealthily contained inside the horse was the patient Greek army, who at nightfall, exited the horse and slaughtered the Trojans, thus securing the city of Troy and ending the war.

For all appearances, the Trojans were absolutely correct. Why yes, this horse would make a very lovely addition to the city and it would raise the moral of the troops who had earned a respite. Besides, who would dare to do such a heinous thing to the Mighty Trojans, sneak into the fortress and...::gulp::...For a more recent perspective, ask conservatives about Chief Justice John Roberts...

Back to the subject at hand -
The very first thing Francis does is go to St Mary Major to pray at the tomb of Pius V.

So who was Pope St Pius V? He was a reforming pope who reigned from 1566- 1572. He cleaned up the curia, excommunicated heretical bishops, cleaned up the immorality in the church and swept the church clean– paving the way for the great surge in the church we call the Counter Reformation. He also excommunicated the tyrant Elizabeth I of England and formed the Holy League–a confederation of Catholic armies which eventually defeated the Ottoman Empire at the Battle of Lepanto. Pius V also instituted the Feast of Our Lady of Victories (nor the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary).

St Francis lived during a time of corruption, wealth and power in the church. He heard Christ say to him, “re-build my church.” Will Pope Francis also hear the call from Christ to “re-build my church” and not only be a new Francis but a new Pius V?

Rebuild the church? This begs the question - Into what exactly?

Now that the symbolic pyre has been lit, it's time to light the real one. Presently, everyone is being prepared for a new strain of religion, not a reformation, but a complete destruction of the old and then reconstruction. An activity so large, that it needs to be managed by a new paradigm in popedom. It is no coincidence that one of the wars of the youthful new millennium involved the country formerly known as Babylon.

Predictions? I've got my eye on two at the moment, although this is very cursory at this point: Angelo Scola from Venice (The new Atlantis?) and Carlo Maria Martini for no particular reason yet. The date to keep an eye on is 3/17/2013. If we get the new pope that day, look out, the green revolution is on...

War, War and More War

It's war as far as the eye can see. In North Korea -
Saber-rattling rose Monday to new levels on the Korean peninsula, as Pyongyang officials "scrapped" the armistice credited for nearly 60 years of uneasy peace and then failed to answer a hotline phone.

"The Korean Armistice Agreement is to be scrapped completely just from today," said a spokesman for the North Korean military -- the Korean People's Army Supreme Command -- according to Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of North Korea's ruling Workers' Party.

North Korea cited the U.N. Security Council's unanimous passage last Thursday of tougher sanctions against Pyongyang for carrying out missile and nuclear tests.

"The collective sanction is precisely a declaration of war and an act of war against the DPRK," said the newspaper, using the initials of North Korea's formal name, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Israel -
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has a “very short period of time” to decide whether to strike Iran’s nuclear infrastructure before Tehran possesses nuclear weapons, warned former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton in a radio interview last night.


Afghanistan -
America's fraught ties with Afghanistan suffered a jarring blow Sunday, when Afghan President Hamid Karzai said during a visit by the new U.S. defense secretary that the Taliban were killing Afghan civilians "in service to America."

Sticking with the US training the terrorists theme, Syria -
Americans are training Syrian anti-government fighters in Jordan, the German weekly Der Spiegel said on Sunday, quoting what it said were participants and organizers.

Spiegel said it was not clear whether the Americans worked for private firms or were from the army but said some wore uniforms. The training focused on use of anti-tank weaponry.

Some 200 men have already received such training over the past three months and there are plans in the future to provide training for a total 1,200 members of the "Free Syrian Army" in two camps in the south and the east of the country.
Venezuela -
The Obama administration has moved to kick two Venezuelan diplomats out of the United States in response to Venezuela’s expulsion last week of two U.S. officials from the U.S. embassy in Caracas, The Washington Times has learned.
 ...and in the U.S. - 
It confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security has issued an open purchase order for 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition. As reported elsewhere, some of this purchase order is for hollow-point rounds, forbidden by international law for use in war, along with a frightening amount specialized for snipers. Also reported elsewhere, at the height of the Iraq War the Army was expending less than 6 million rounds a month. Therefore 1.6 billion rounds would be enough to sustain a hot war for 20+ years. In America.
There are several points that are very clear here:
1) The United States is actively involved in training terrorists because it serves our foreign policy interests.
2) War is coming and in some cases is already here due to the reasons stated six years ago -
I have said and will say again that this is escalation warfare designed to destroy the American will and ultimately the United States itself. With the logical progression being: Afghanistan -> Iraq -> Iran/Syria -> North Korea -> China/Russia(Japan?)
and
Like a bad divorce or a separating business, the business practices that were not only acceptable 10 years ago but commendable, become the 'I told you so' moments of the new age. People begin to turn on one another in droves as they need a raison d'etre for their pain, anguish and empty checkbooks. Surely they are not responsible in any way. It was THAT man, over there. He did this. He did this to us! And he must pay!
Let's see - Afghanistan and Iraq? Check. Syria? check. North Korea? Right on schedule. China/Russia with a hint of Japan. Check. American economic and societal meltdown? Check, check and mate.

  • 152 sets of thigh and groin protection – which “protects the thigh area and has an adjustable and removable groin protector.”
  • 147 hard shell shin guards – which can provide “substantial protection from flying debris, non-ballistic weapons, and blows to the leg” and should have an “optimized protective design for severe riot control or tactical situations.”
  • 156 forearm protectors – which should shield the “entire forearm from the wrist to the elbow” and weigh approximately six ounces. 
  • 147 pairs of tactical gloves – which should ensure that the “Kevlar on back of hands is flame/flash retardant as well as cut protective” and that they utilize a “rolled finger tip design for excellent trigger sensitivity and fit.”

Lethal Drones Coming to the US?

A lobbyist steps in to give his two cents -
Testifying against a bill that would put limits on the use of unmanned drones in Washington state, industry lobbyist Paul Applewhite shocked a House Committee hearing when he said that drones had been used for “indiscriminate killings,” while arguing that the technology should be approved for “lethal force” within the United States.

Applewhite is president of Seattle-based Applewhite Aero, a company “founded to provide unmanned systems and training to government and industry.”

When asked if restrictions should be placed on the use of drones until the direction of where the technology is going becomes clearer, Applewhite responded, “My opinion is that the way that we’re currently using drones in warfare, we’re moving away from indiscriminate killing to discriminate killing,” prompting gasps from the audience.
This really shouldn't be all that surprising. Posse Comitatus was a casualty of the Global War On Terror and with the passage of the NDAA, the Domestic Security Enhancement Act and other such federal nasties, the government has made it perfectly clear that it sees ordinary citizens not as citizens but rather as "potential terrorists".

Now all that's left is to do the logical leap from 'concept' to 'implementation' to understand that this will be another "tool" that will be utilized by police, para-military, and Federal thugs to further enhance and integrate their complete control of their little fiefdoms.

If you doubt this concept, think about the explosion of taser usage and subsequent deaths in the last decade. While sometimes utilized appropriately, it was often used as a 'comfort buffer' for many 'threatened' officers. Do you really believe that the local branch of the national police will say no to increased funding, promotions and more tools to prosecute the war on everything drugs?

Wachovia -
The SEC’s order found that Wachovia Capital Markets violated the securities laws in two respects. First, Wachovia Capital Markets charged undisclosed excessive markups in the sale of certain preferred shares or equity of a CDO called Grand Avenue II to the Zuni Indian Tribe and an individual investor. As detailed in the order, Wachovia Capital Markets marked down $5.5 million of equity to 52.7 cents on the dollar after the deal closed and it was unable to find a buyer. Months later, the Zuni Indian Tribe and the individual investor paid 90 and 95 cents on the dollar. Unbeknownst to them, these prices were over 70 percent higher than the price at which the equity had been marked for accounting purposes.
Wachovia Capital Markets misrepresented to investors in a CDO called Longshore 3 that it acquired assets from affiliates “on an arm’s-length basis” and “at fair market prices” when, in fact, 40 residential mortgage-backed securities were transferred from an affiliate at above-market prices. Wachovia Capital Markets transferred these assets at stale prices in order to avoid losses on its own books.

Israel Committing Ethiopian Genocide?

Is stopping something from existing in the first place the same as stopping that which exists?
Israel has admitted for the first time that it has been giving Ethiopian Jewish immigrants birth-control injections, often without their knowledge or consent.
The government had previously denied the practice but the Israeli Health Ministry’s director-general has now ordered gynaecologists to stop administering the drugs. According a report in Haaretz, suspicions were first raised by an investigative journalist, Gal Gabbay, who interviewed more than 30 women from Ethiopia in an attempt to discover why birth rates in the community had fallen dramatically.

One of the Ethiopian women who was interviewed is quoted as saying: “They [medical staff] told us they are inoculations. We took it every three months. We said we didn’t want to.” It is alleged that some of the women were forced or coerced to take the drug while in transit camps in Ethiopia.

The drug in question is thought to be Depo-Provera, which is injected every three months and is considered to be a highly effective, long-lasting contraceptive.
So, Israel is attempting to control their population by sterilizing individuals without their knowledge or consent? This supports the contention that modern Israel is at times a racist, murderous group bent on conquering the area violently.

Then again, aren't we all?

The fact that the plan involves delivering a CW (chemical weapon) that is “similar to those Assad should have,” clearly suggests that the idea is to stage a false flag chemical weapons attack that could be blamed on Assad by Gulf states like Qatar and NATO powers.
The Syrian 'situation' hasn't been a very large topic over the last few months since Assad managed to repel many of the foreign invaders. Now that people are asking questions about these things, moral justification/cover must be provided to those who wish to overthrow the Assad government. Past memes are failing on site -

These ideas had been previously floated but the positive feedback for invasion has been virtually non-existent, so the script needed to shift into something more...dramatic.

Of course we've been here before, so this development is nothing new, rather a potential confirmation of the false flag paradigm that is being so readily bandied about lately.

The false flag concept seems largely played out especially due to the constant coverage that 'large events' are receiving as of late. It's difficult to say what will happen here. With the latest 'mass shootings' dominating the news coverage on average, I believe another war is next to impossible to sell to the American people. Look for the Israelis to take this angle and run with it, I would imagine through some Syrian 'leak' a terror sub-group is at least claimed to get its hands on some munitions which threaten the Israeli populace thereby creating a narrative to deploy at least a partial attack on Syria. As it has been for the last 7 years, this situation warrants monitoring.

    West Point, the Left and Gun Confiscation

    "West Point" circulates some real garbage -
    A West Point think tank has issued a paper warning America about “far right” groups such as the “anti-federalist” movement, which supports “civil activism, individual freedoms and self-government.”

    The report issued this week by the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., is titled “Challengers from the Sidelines: Understanding America’s Violent Far-Right.”

    The center — part of the institution where men and women are molded into Army officers — posted the report Tuesday. It lumps limited government activists with three movements it identifies as “a racist/white supremacy movement, an anti-federalist movement and a fundamentalist movement.”
    Ah yes, statistical guilt by association, lovely. By lumping the KKK, the Patriots and Christians West Point attempts to blur the lines of what a 'terrorist' is. Now, where have we seen that before? It's coming back to me slowly - Texas, terror training, pamphlets...the old terror training manuals. I remember those....

    By taking the absurd and many times admitted state sponsored "terrorists" and mixing them in with the definitions of the 'right wing', voila! Instant demonization.
    It says anti-federalists “espouse strong convictions regarding the federal government, believing it to be corrupt and tyrannical, with a natural tendency to intrude on individuals’ civil and constitutional rights. Finally, they support civil activism, individual freedoms, and self government. Extremists in the anti-federalist movement direct most their violence against the federal government and its proxies in law enforcement.”
    I would agree with everything in that paragraph except the last sentence.As I have repeatedly stated, buzz words like extreme, far-(fill in the blank), reactionary, etc.. are nothing more than relative and subjective standards used to scare people and demonize positions. You believe the Constitution should be law? You're extreme and therefore subject to 'special' rules. But this is not all, nooooo, they have more -
    The report also draws a link between the mainstream conservative movement and the violent “far right,” and describes liberals as “future oriented” and conservatives as living in the past.

    “While liberal worldviews are future- or progressive -oriented, conservative perspectives are more past-oriented, and in general, are interested in preserving the status quo.” the report says. “The far right represents a more extreme version of conservatism, as its political vision is usually justified by the aspiration to restore or preserve values and practices that are part of the idealized historical heritage of the nation or ethnic community.”
    Ah yes, the old 'progressive' line. 'Gramps, us kids are the future, go to the back of the bus!'

    But wait, if you buy now, we'll double your offer -
    The report adds: “While far-right groups’ ideology is designed to exclude minorities and foreigners, the liberal-democratic system is designed to emphasize civil rights, minority rights and the balance of power.”
    Not only are they extreme and old, they're also racist. Ah, it all makes sense now. If you want to create your own country, create your own laws, make money and not share it, you're a bad, bad man.All that's missing from this report is some dose of misogyny and we're set to go.

    Of course evidence is something that's in short supply. But hey, trust them, we're baaaad -
    The report says there were 350 “attacks initiated by far-right groups/individuals” in 2011.

    Details about what makes an attack a “far right” action are not clear in the report, which was written by Arie Perliger, who directs the center’s terrorism studies and teaches social sciences at West Point.
    MS13, La Raza, Latin Kings, Gangster Disciples, these are just gangs but uncle Fred? He's a terrorist because he thinks we have law in this country.

    Naturally, we could ask just where they get the power from? From us of course -

    • Starting in one year, to purchase ammunition, the seller will perform a check to verify that you are not prohibited under the Federal Law disqualifiers (see last page) from possessing a firearm, and will not sell you ammunition if you are prohibited.
    Got that? 'Turn it in or else' is not confiscation, it's 'common sense' you bitter clingers. Since we're not physically taking it, it's not confiscation. Since we're doing it a piece at a time, it's not confiscation.

    And for those who thing it's the 'religious zealots' that are clinging to their guns, put this in your pipe and smoke it -

    "The initiatives announced by the American administration for limiting and controlling the spread and use of weapons are certainly a step in the right direction," Lombardi said.

    Victory - Naked Body Scanners Are Headed Out!

    The peepers will have to find new employment -
    The Transportation Security Administration confirms that it is getting rid of airport body scanners that produce a naked image of travelers.

    Right now the TSA uses two types of scanners. One makes a generic image showing where agents should look for an object on the traveler's body. Those scanners are staying.

    The other kind of scanner uses X-rays. They raised privacy concerns because they show metal objects on the traveler's body - along with every other detail, too. Congress has mandated that those scanners be changed or removed by June.

    TSA says the X-ray scanners will be gone by June. It says the company that makes them, Rapiscan, was not able to come up with a software fix to make the scanners comply with the Congressional mandate.
    Rape-scan. What a fitting name.

    Now I don't exclude the possibility that a terror attack could be 'caused' by the lack of scanners thereby justifying their return. Seeing as how the security apparatus has already made their profits on these machines I would think something Rapescan would miraculously come up with a new machine, (not a patch, those are faaar too complicated) that will allow the new Congressional mandate to be fulfilled. At a price of course.

    This is only one step, but a fairly large one. Hundreds more will be needed to return the world to some semblance of freedom, but the fact remains that we have tasted freedom -

    401K Accounts Draining - Are Americans Getting the Message?

    A large and growing share of American workers are tapping their retirement savings accounts for non-retirement needs, raising broad questions about the effectiveness of one of the most important savings vehicles for old age.

    This could be good or bad. If workers are tapping into funds because they're destitute or they don't trust the system, that's one set of problems. But if they're cannibalizing their accounts to maintain their 'lifestyle', then - Houston we have a problem. Let's look further...
    More than one in four American workers with 401(k) and other retirement savings accounts use them to pay current expenses, new data show. The withdrawals, cash-outs and loans drain nearly a quarter of the $293 billion that workers and employers deposit into the accounts each year, undermining already shaky retirement security for millions of Americans.
    Uh oh, current expenses? This is a bad report.
    A report due out this week from the financial advisory firm HelloWallet found that more than one in four workers dip into retirement funds to pay their mortgages, credit card debt or other bills. Those in their 40s have been the most likely culprits — one-third are turning to such accounts for relief.

    Fresh data from Vanguard, one of the nation’s largest 401(k) managers, show a 12 percent increase in the number of workers who took loans against their retirement accounts or withdrew money outright since 2008.
    So, Gen Xers and the tail-end of the boomers are sinking? That matches the employment data that's been coming out lately.
    The most common way Americans tap their retirement funds is through loans, which must be repaid with interest. Those who withdraw money face hefty penalties. In most cases, they not only incur a 10 percent federal tax penalty but also pay income taxes. The costs are financially harmful to families even as ­money-management firms reap massive fees for handling retirement accounts that ultimately are not used for retirement.
    This reveals that Gen X thinks things are going to get better in the future. Why else would you face penalties?
    “What you have is 401(k) participants voting with their wallets saying they would much rather use this money for other purposes. I don’t think this can be ignored. Employers are dramatically overpaying for retirement, but it is not benefitting the employee,” said Matt Fellowes, a former Brookings Institution researcher who is chief executive of Hello­Wallet. “In many cases, the only one benefiting is the vendor.
    Aha! Now we come to the truth. In order to circumvent the burdensome tax code, Congress decided to permit an individual to give a third party their money to save for a legitimate cause. Of course exceptions don't come cheap and someone has got to pay. In actuality, this ends up being a boon for the companies. So the real effect is that Congress threw the private sector a bone.

    And don't forget, if you make a 'mistake' you can lose the whole lot or end up in prison. Sounds about right for government led 'solutions'.

    Red Alert - Constitutional Encroachment

    Obama primes the explosives -
    President Obama will unveil a sweeping set of gun-control proposals at midday Wednesday, including an assault weapons ban, universal background checks and limits on the number of bullets magazines can hold, according to sources familiar with the plans.

    The announcement, to be delivered at the White House, is also expected to include a slate of up to 19 executive actions that the Obama administration can take on its own to attempt to limit gun violence.

    The White House has invited key lawmakers as well as gun-control advocates to appear at Wednesday’s policy rollout, according to two officials who have been invited to the event.
    Note that what we're talking about here is policy, NOT law. (Although in speaking to some liberals and conservatives, you would swear they're the same thing.)
    The emerging set of White House proposals stem from a month-long review led by Vice President Biden, who has been meeting with advocates on both sides before making the recommendations that were delivered to Obama this week.

    The recommendations — many of which Obama has endorsed — are expected to include a tougher version of the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004; a limit on the number of bullets magazines can hold; background checks for gun shows and other “private sales”; better database tracking for weapons sales; and strengthening measures aimed at keeping guns out of the hands of those with severe mental health issues.
    Let's get one thing straight right now. The beloved conservative leader Bush II actually supported the assault weapons ban. Uh oh, what do we do now? The guy we re-elected president held the same position as the guy we say is out of control.Makes you look just a bit partisan don't ya think?

    Make no mistake though, whatever your view on this particular issue, this is THE line in the sand for a lot of armed Americans. These individuals will resist, probably forcibly. But then again, that's what the banksters wanted all along.
    ...Ordo Ab Chao (Look it up) in the US in order to merge us into an international system. This is the destabilization phase of the longer reaching Religious War (Series) that is being used to demonize religion. Look for a continuing resurgence in class warfare which first seeks to commit countries to civil war before turning their sights across the world to 'the other nations who did this to us!'

    James Holmes, The Dark Knight Rises Shooter


    Overview
    James Eagen Holmes (Not the hoax that Mohammed Alam was the shooter.) allegedly shot 70 people – 12 fatally – early Friday in an Aurora, Colo., movie theater during a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises.”

    Background
    James Eagen Holmes, 24, was adopted by Mrs Holmes, 58, and husband Dr. Robert Holmes, 61,who  worked for San Diego-based HNC Software, Inc., a company that worked with DARPA to develop “cortronic neural networks” that enable machines to translate aural and visual stimuli and simulate human thinking., They raised him as one of their own. James was an admitted agnostic.

    (Coincidentally, Col. Robert Holmes, the grandfather of James Holmes, was a graduate Turkish language graduates of the Army Language School, later the Defense Language Institute, in Monterey, California (the same military installation, incidentally, where alleged 9/11 hijacker Saeed Alghamdi trained)).

    Many friends and relatives, who said just a year ago Holmes was seen as an ‘all-American boy’ with an affinity for his family.

    Narrative
    The theater, Cinemark's Century 16 multiplex had a 'no firearms allowed' policy. The town also had the strictest of gun control laws in the state. 
    Reportedly  purchased a ticket to the film, left the theater after the movie began,
    • Multiple people and multiple shooters?
      • Corbin Dates state that Holmes received a phone call from someone while he was inside the theater and responded by moving to the emergency exit
      • Dates also said he saw Holmes by the exit door “signaling somebody or looking for somebody to come his way.
      • “From what we saw he wasn’t alone – he had someone with him. Because the second can of tear gas didn’t come from his side….“We can only assume that someone got him in because what he was wearing seemed thick.”
      • A second gas mask different to the one Holmes was wearing was also found hundreds of feet from where Holmes was arrested at the opposite end of the theater car park, along with additional items.
      • Police continued searching for other shooters.
        • At 1:16am on the police audio recording from the scene, an officer states, “Talking to people making statements, sounds like we have possibly 2 shooters, one that was in Theater 8 seated, another one that came in from the outside into Theater 9. Sounds like it was a coordinated attack.”
          “Every unit, possible 2nd shooter still at large… Keep the media away from them,” said another officer.
      • Initial police reports that suggested the involvement of two or more shooters
        • As I was sitting down to get my seat, I noticed that a person came up to the front row, the front right, sat down, and as credits were going, it looked like he got a phone call. He went out toward the emergency exit doorway, which I thought was unusual to take a phone call. And it seemed like he probably pried it open, or probably did not let it latch all the way. As soon as the movie started, somebody came in, all black, gas mask, armor, and threw a gas can into the audience, and it went off, and then there were gunshots that took place.”

    and returned through a back emergency exit, wearing a gas mask (How could anyone positively identify him?), and riot gear in what some described as a “full SWAT uniform.” setting off a gas grenade and then shooting as panicked movie patrons dove for cover or ran for the exits. Armed with  a tactical helmet, bullet proof vest, an AR-15 assault rifle, a Remington shotgun, two 40-caliber Glock handguns, as well as an assortment of bomb-making materials

    • James immediately turned himself into the police
      • Holmes informed investigators that his residence – part of an apartment complex reserved for students, patients, and staff at the University of Colorado Medical Center — was rigged with explosives. (Why did Holmes go to the expense and trouble of rigging his apartment with an array of deadly explosives and then immediately tell police about the bombs when he was arrested? Given the fact that Holmes was a graduate student in neuroscience, where did he obtain the skills to create a maze of bombs so complex that it took the FBI two days to disarm them? According to experts, the intricacy of the bombs was reminiscent of war zones – how could Holmes have set all this up without help from an explosives expert?)

        • Speaking to the Denver Post, Salina Jordan, who was situated in the theater next door to where the shootings took place, stated, “15-20 minutes into the movie that’s when you start hearing the….gunshots, the bullets start coming over into my theater and about six people got shot.” “Five minutes after the guy comes running in and tells them that they’re shooting outside, you hear the alarm go off, it says ‘murder in the theater’ – like it’s just going off ‘murder in the theater’, ‘murder in the theater’ – it’s crazy that they got an alarm saying that there’s murder in the theater,” she added.

    Investigation
    He was placed on a no-bond hold and has been held in solitary confinement and remains under 23-hour lockdown, leaving his cell just once a day at an Arapahoe County detention facility since 7/20.(Note: Aurora police chief Daniel Oates" finished his 21-year career with the NYPD in 2001 as the commanding officer of the department’s Intelligence Division")
