Analysis of Real Effects - Part 2

Politics
  • US
    • John Roberts - Conservative? - August 23, 2005 Look for Roberts to hold a conservative line for a while, disarming most arguments against his nomination. Then when key arguments come to SCOTUS, I believe he will suddenly become a Sandra Day and hand us over to the globalists.
    • EU to Set Up Spy Satellites - November 19, 2005 Watch for an increase in centralization of power shifting from the United States to Brussels and the European Union....
    • CAFTA
      • Major London Update - 777 - July 12, 2005 CAFTA - set to pass which will not be vetoed by just-say-yes Bush
        • Signed just a few weeks later
    • Elections
      • 2006
        • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 The Republicans will begin to pay for their outspoken arrogance. In representative seats. Watch for fallout from Republican scandal, oil prices, overspending, Constitutional encroachment, war fatigue, and Democratic whining to give the Dems control of the House.
War
  • Asia
    • 2012 Predictions - January 1, 2012 "Start of the Asiatic war (Late Q3 - Q4) - With the US being over committed, it can't back up its positions in other countries, the East sees this and starts moving. Fires break out faster then they can be put out."
    • China
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 Yet on the horizon still looms North Korea and most likely China. Perhaps 2009?
    • North Korea
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 Yet on the horizon still looms North Korea and most likely China. Perhaps 2009?
  • Mideast
    • Syria
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 As Iraq-weariness begins to set in, Bush shifts strategy to going after Iran and/or Syria as another 'theater' in the global struggle on terror.
      • 2012 Predictions - January 1, 2012 "Syria - It appears that the road to Iran lies through Syria. The US will try to draw in Hezbollah through "regime change"."
    • Gaza
      • Gaza Watch - August 16, 2005 "Watch for increased hostility in the region and added tension in Israeli/Palestinian relations."
    • Iran
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 As Iraq-weariness begins to set in, Bush shifts strategy to going after Iran and/or Syria as another 'theater' in the global struggle on terror.
      • Iran a Growing Target? Part 1 - June 17, 2005 My prediction at this point is that Iran is in the crosshairs as of mid to late 2005.
    • Iraq
      • Disasters, Terrorism and Liberties - September 27, 2005 But in order to secure the "homeland" we cannot leave Iraq, and Iran, but rather we must ensure "Free Trade" by bringing in foreign mercenaries, err... troops and setting up internal checkpoints.
        • We left Iraq 6 years later while leaving behind a substantial merc force.
  • Americas
    • Mexico
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 New border wall gets defunded or stalled. Border violence escalates.

Terrorism
  • Domestic
    • Disasters, Terrorism and Liberties - September 27, 2005 Look for continued 'revelations' of the American al-Quaeda threat...
    • Disasters, Terrorism and Liberties - September 27, 2005 But in order to secure the "homeland" we cannot leave Iraq, and Iran, but rather we must ensure "Free Trade" by bringing in foreign mercenaries, err... troops and setting up internal checkpoints.

Economics
  • Commodities
    • Housing
      • Housing Market Cooldown - October 04, 2005 Now I don't believe that it takes a genius to figure out that the housing market will at least temporarily collapse...I believe that this will spread in this country gradually at first, ...we will begin to see many people selling off properties in an attempt to capitalize on unrealistically high housing prices. I strongly believe this will lead to a panicked sell-a-thon which will flood the market with overpriced housing, driving the prices down to at least pre-bubble levels. This will leave many holding large outstanding debts as much of their investment's value plummets.
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005 A further decline as the housing market continues to cool.

    • Gasoline and Crude
      • Crude UpdateJune 21, 2005 Gasoline prices begin to creep upwards for the summer. I believe it would be reasonable to anticipate $2.50 gas within 3 months.
      • Crude Prices Increasing Again, Does This Equate to a Gasoline Cost Increase - June 15, 2005 - "Crude will double over next year, Hybrids will increase, SUV’s decrease"
        • Plummeting SUV sales perhaps dealt a fatal blow to GM
      • Telegraph Suggests Doubling of Oil Prices - June 27, 2005 I believe this will lead to the increase of gasoline prices by about 5% in the near future resulting in roughly $2.45 gas in the southeastern WI area.
      • Major London Update - 777 - July 12, 2005  $62 a barrel oil
      • Crude Update - August 8, 2005 - "Look for gas prices to continue to etch up in increments as the cost of crude explodes.""look for continued emphasis on the previous record in the 1980's being unmatched with inflation factored in."
      • Hurricane Oddities... - September 22, 2005 Look for oil to explode well over $3 a gallon and the dreaded word 'shortage' to start to appear.
      • New Year Predictions - 2006 - December 31, 2005  Look for the trend that has been established over the last few years to continue. Gas starts to head upwards as it looks for equalization with overseas markets. Overseas, the price starts heading up to with $6 a gallon in the U.K. and much of Europe and close to if not just over $4 a gallon here in the U.S.
      • Oil Price Increase Coming? - January 23, 2006 Look for gas prices to rise to roughly $2.70-$2.85 over the next few months to set the pace for $4 gasoline this summer.
  • EU
    • Collapse of the EU
      • 2011 Predictions - January 1, 2011 "Western Europe contracts massively, putting extraordinary pressure on the Euro. But the call out of Belgium isn't about revoking the Euro, rather about the preservation of the European Union and the need to 'pull together'. I would expect that we could begin to see propaganda calling for a United Europe in the face of "x" (economic crisis, terror, war). Ultimately in the endgame, foreign creditors feel the massive pinch as they try to protect their investments, but the lack of a favorable response by the people will lead to war with the far east, but not yet.
  • US
    • 2008 Collapse
      • Wanna CAFTA, don't you wanna? - August 5, 2005 "Look for an increasingly economic slide of the economy in the 2nd half of 2005 that causes the dollar to slide even further against the Euro setting the stage for a Union currency proposed to be called the Amero."
        • While the dollar strengthened in 2005, the economy set the stage for later.
      • Interest Rates, Oil and a Recession - August 10, 2005 "I believe ...by plunging the American economy dramatically, suddenly and then selling off her assets gradually over the next year ending roughly in June of next year."
        • The date for the crash was incorrect, but the methodology was sound. Also note that the combination if interest rates, oil and other factors contributed to the 2008 collapse.
      • Greenspan Crash - August 29, 2005 What I see is the makings of a possible economic 'perfect storm'.I believe that Mr. Greenspan's statements will scare the market into further decline over the next few months.
      • Katrina and Economy - August 31, 2005 "I believe this is the first wave of the depression of 2005."
        • Technically correct, the first wave started in 2005 with the Depression being actualized in 2008.
      • Rita and Oil - September 22, 2005 I believe that this will further reduce the American refining capacity and continue the coming American recession.
      • Hurricane Oddities... - September 22, 2005 I believe that we will see the economy start to stutter like a dying giant, staggering into a recession, if not a depression.

    • 2009 Rebound
      • The March to 6,000 - The economic house of cards begins to tumble… - June 15, 2009 This is not a recession, it is a depression. And a massive one at that. We are not at the bottom, we are on gaining momentum for the next plunge down. If you thought the last drop was bad, this one is going to strike fear into the hearts of men everywhere.
Private Property
  •  Eminent Domain
    • Private Property - June 23, 2005 Make no mistake, if this ruling is allowed to stand, "officials" all over the country will continue to confiscate property in an attempt to improve our supposedly miserable lives at the cost of individual liberty. Have a newspaper that the people disagree with? We'll we just remove that urban blight by seizing your property and decreasing the urban "blight".
      • Mayors all over the country started seizing less valuable property with Detroit becoming one of the main violators.
Healthcare
  • Flu
    •  Avian Flu, the Next Big Shamdemic? - September 19, 2005 This is hardly an "epidemic" let alone the dreaded "pandemic" that we keep hearing about. Therefore the response to "stockpile" 1/10 of a BILLION dollars worth of "experimental" vaccines can safely be construed as an over-reaction at best and most likely, panic-pandering.
      •  The bird flu ended up being a non-event and the 100 million vaccine stockpile were largely wasted.
    • Bunch of Updates... - October 06, 2005 I believe it is possible that the 'killer bug' that is coming could be a genetically engineered copy of the Spanish Flu that would be blamed on the Avian Flu.
      • The swine flu outbreak ended up containing engineered elements.
This is a resource and will be updated periodically.
