Government Bookeeping Fraud

"Consolidated Annual Financial Reports" is a phrase that few Americans have heard and fewer still begin to understand. I thought in light of the May Day marches and the past Tax Freedom day we would do well to understand this concept. But first we must engage in a little imagination work.

Imagine your own general budget process if you will. Let's say for sake of example you make an even $36,000 a year. This amount would be defined by the I.R.S. as your "income". And for sake of argument, this is the only income coming into your household.
Now, let's pretend you and your spouse were working on creating your monthly budget. At this point, your spouse is highly uniformed regarding your income and has no idea what you make. (Because you don't tell them) Being the shrewd person that you are, you work with them to set up a budget for $1500 a month and then you set up payment for the bills.

After a few months, money starts to get tight and fingers start to get pointed around the dinner table.
"We need more money for our expenses." your spouse argues.
"Well," you say "that means we need to make more money." "Our budget is too high for your needs, we'll have to cut spending money on you."
Now, freeze that situation for a second and you might begin to understand how the Federal, State as well as other institutions have put the tax screws to John Q. Taxpayer for quite a long time. For our astute readers, the omission is obvious. For those of you who require more explanation, such as myself, let me connect the dots. Let's review the facts shall we?
Your income is $36,000 a year or $3000 a month while your budget is $1500 a month.

Think about that for a second.

Your spouse is under the assumed impression that your income is at $1500 a month based off the budget but you being quite crafty have the same budget of $1500 on the side to do with as you please. Quite cunning huh? Well friends, this is what we have been exposed to by the Government as a whole for years.

Every fiscal year for a governing body is fraught with scare tactics about lost educational services, starving homeless and the end of humanity as we know it. Yet the governments are sitting on literally billions of your dollars every year according to their own books. The issue is which books you look at.

Here is just one of thousands of examples -
"The State of Wisconsin at the State-level has approximately $7.44 billion of the taxpayer's money it is not using, i. e. surpluses equal to $1,368 for every man, woman and child in Wisconsin or $5,471 for a family of 4. This does not include all the additional surpluses that exist in the school districts, cities, or counties in Wisconsin." (FY 2003)
Beginning to get the picture? Now think real closely...does the Federal government really need an enormous chunk of the American economy to operate? Or is this just a royal shafting? Let's read more -
"Historically, a budget consists of three parts: 1) Funds brought forward (funds not previously spent); 2) Next year's estimated revenues; and 3) Next year's estimated expenditures. But somewhere along the way the funds brought forward category was lost. In accounting, the previous years' revenues are no longer called revenue but have been converted to Cash and Investments. Since they no longer called Revenues governments have forgotten about them to the public. They are there but not considered in the budget process, but should be."

"For example, the State of Wisconsin Special Revenue Funds (Governmental Funds), considered part of the budget, have fund balances of $209 million that probably will not be considered in the next year's budget. The total cash and investments, funds that were not used during the current year, was $513 million (surplus) and should be part of the next year's budget. So if next year there is a "budget deficit" ask about these funds not being considered or used."
The Real Effect
Let's look at last year's (FY 2005)"funds" shall we? According to the 2005 Consolidated Annual Financial Reports, the Wisconsin government Transportation fund carried over $325,226,000. That's almost $326 MILLION just sitting in the government coffers and not being productive in the commercial economy of Wisconsin. Imagine for a second if you were told you were getting a refund check this year of almost $10,000 for your family? And this is just sending back the excess funds, not cutting spending.

Our government is not a business and does not need BILLIONS in annual cash reserves. Keep in mind that this is only cash overflow from budget years, this does not include capitol assets such as land, bridges, buildings, etc. In addition, this does not include the Federal government or your local government or education institutions.

How about we work at getting that cash back in the hands of the people that earned it?

Mainstream Media Finally Covers Chicago Drill

Here is the first articles (other)that I have seen so far covering the Chicago terrorism drill. According to CBS, the Department of Homeland Security is testing response for a bird flu outbreak and terrorist attack which include a "mock explosion and building collapse".

An interesting side note, the reporter Kristyn Hartman is covering the from the location at 2300 Patriot Blvd in Glenview, Illinois. Patriot, how's that for propaganda?

One drill is being held at the Northeast Illinois Public Safety Training Academy in Glenview. Residents of the north suburb may notice military helicopters, humvees, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles heading for the academy on Patriot Boulevard while the training goes on.

Jefferson vs. Bush

"If we run into such [government] debts, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds, as the people of England are, our people, like them, must come to labor sixteen hours in twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses, and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live, as they now do, on oatmeal and potatoes, have no time to think, no means of calling the mismanagers to account; but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-suffers." - Thomas Jefferson

"We are a nation of communities... a brilliant diversity spread like stars, like a thousand points of light in a broad and peaceful sky."

"Globalization has altered the dynamics in the White House, as well as between the White House and the Treasury." - George W. Bush

May 1, 2006 - A New Day In Infamy?

According to the blog The Truth Will Set You Free a Homeland Security drill is scheduled for May 2-4 -
"Witnesses:
Colonel Tim Franklin, PAO, Illinois National Guard Captain Lisa Kopczynski, PAO, Indiana National Guard Officer Kubiak, Chicago Police Public Information Officer.

In the last 24 hours, the police and military officers in above have confirmed the following exercise scenario, about to be conducted in Chicago: Homeland Security is the "main proponent" (the command) for an exercise May 2-4, 2006, rehearsing a response to a WMD attack and building collapse in Downtown Chicago. State of Illinois civil assets, National Guard assets, Chicago area police assets and hospital assets will collectively be working under Homeland Security."
If this is true, this puts the dates of May 1-4 at a level high suspect for a real terrorist attack. Why, you ask? Because this has already happened repeatedly. For instance:
Naturally, it follows that if the globalists are willing to use this tactic once, they would be willing to use it again. This provides a natural cover if any agents are discovered carrying out any less-than-honorable tactics. So if these people are caught in Chicago, they can pass it off as working on the nuclear terrorism drill.

    The Real Effect
All that follows at this point is merely speculative, but needs to be considered in order to understand the situation.

There are two days which seem significant, May 1st and May 4th the latter of which is 33 days before the infamous date of 6/6/2006. It is possible that this will be the infamous 'two prong attack' with the first attack falling on the 1st and the second on the 4th. Or this could be the so-called "American Hiroshima" that we have been hearing about.
At this point, May 1st seems the most likely date that a bombing would take place. Let's go over the reasoning:
    • This is the day that is scheduled for the Chicago Mass March & National Boycott protests with up to 500,000 people concentrated in Grant Park. That area that is located near the lake about 10 blocks away from the Sears Tower. This could be devastating as many police, firefighters, and community leaders would be in attendance.
    • Collateral damage - A ten kiloton "suitcase nuke" would wipe out or heavily damage:
      • Sears Tower
      • Soldier Field
      • Shedd Aquarium
      • Feild Museum of Natural History
      • University of Illinois at Chicago
      • DePaul University
      • Union Station
      • Chicago Board of Trade
      • Lake Michigan
      • Dirksen Federal Building
The date - Some important May 1st dates to consider:
But just what would a nuclear attack in the heart of Chicago accomplish?
Of course all this is highly speculative with some circumstantial evidence at this point. If this does happen on the 1st, I believe that there most likely will be a follow up attack on the 4th at the Whitehouse during the National Day of Prayer.

      Terrorism Redefined

      According to Reuters -
"...the State Department's counterterrorism chief said on Friday, despite more than 11,000 terrorist attacks worldwide last year that killed 14,600 people.

The U.S. State Department said the numbers, listed in its annual Country Reports on Terrorism released on Friday, were based on a broader definition of terrorism and could not be compared to the 3,129 international attacks listed the previous year."
Reread that carefully. Did you notice the "the numbers...were based on a broader definition of terrorism". This is not the first time this has happened, nor is it the last time that terrorism will be redefined. Consider the following pictures discovered by Paul Joseph Watson. According to Watson -
"A Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Law Enforcement pamphlet gives the public characteristics to identify terrorists that include buying baby formula, beer, wearing Levi jeans, carrying identifying documents like a drivers license and traveling with women or children."
(click on the photos below to enlarge)

      Notice the following:
      • "Trained to avoid confrontations with law enforcement and therefore can be expected to project a "nice-guy" image"
      • "May appear "normal" in their appearance and behavior while portraying themselves as a tourist, student or businessperson
      The Real Effect
While it is true that some terrorists do possess these characteristics, by training law enforcement that such behaviors as "communicat(ing) predominately by cell phone, E-Mail, or text messaging services" indicate terrorism, the officers finger 90% of the teenage population as potential terrorists.

This is not a mistake, but rather part of a larger concentrated effort to label most everyone as terrorists. And lest you think this is isolated, in addition to the Texas pamphlet there is also a Virginia manual and Phoenix pamphlet which state very similar things.

Watch for increased surveillance cameras, biometrics and the ever-tightening noose of travel restriction. Think of the TSA but on the interstates and highways as the "officials" become more and more suspicious of "the people".

Iran - Time Is Running Out

Tomorrow (4/28/2006) is the deadline for Iran to comply with the U.S. demands on it's nuclear program. Up until now Iran has continually asserted it's 'right' to procure nuclear technology and I see no reason to believe that they will do an about face once this deadline has passed.

To make matters more interesting, the U.S. House of Representative has voted overwhelmingly (397-21) to impose sanctions on Iran -

"The bill would beef up sanctions against Iran until it scraps any chemical, biological or nuclear weapons programs, and calls for the names of any individual, company or country investing $20 mln or more in Iran's energy sector to be published in the US Federal Register, AFP noted. The bill also "authorizes" the US president to fund pro-democracy and human rights organizations and radio programs aimed at Iran."

According to the AP , some harsh words are being flung about. Tehran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani stated -
"If U.N. Security Council sanctions are to be imposed on Iran, we will definitely suspend our cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency,"

"If you take harsh measures, we will hide this program. If you use the language of force, you should not expect us to act transparently."
      Not to be outdone -
"Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice immediately shot back, saying Iran's statements were further isolating it from the international community."
Just when you thought the insanity was enough -
"Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad boldly predicted the Security Council would not impose sanctions and warned he was thinking about dropping out of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty."
Perhaps even more disconcerting is -
"Iran's nuclear capability is one example of various scientific capabilities in the country. ... The Islamic Republic of Iran is prepared to transfer the experience, knowledge and technology of its scientists," Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told al-Bashir."

According to the Asia Times the US is using the Mujahideen-e Khalq (MEK) organization and other groups to carry out cross-border operations already. -
"A former Iranian ambassador and Islamic Republic insider has provided intriguing details to Asia Times Online about US covert operations inside Iran aimed at destabilizing the country and toppling the regime - or preparing for an American attack."

"The Iranian government knows and is aware of such infiltration. It means that the Iranian government has identified them [the covert operatives] but for some reason does not want to show [this]," said the former diplomat on condition of anonymity."
      The Real Effect
Despite the constant rhetoric to the contrary, the U.S. administration is NOT interested in a peaceful solution to this problem and will attack Iran. Watch for gas prices to spike another 5-10% probably tomorrow but as late as a week from now in response to Iran's 'repeated demonstration of defiance of the international community'. That would raise local gas prices from $2.99 to the range of $3.09-3.29.

      Bubonic Mice and Anthrax Outbreaks

I was browsing the news and lo and behold I ran across the following article -
Missing bioterror substances have officials guessing
Naturally I was more than a little curious about "missing bioterror substances" and immediately my mind raced back to the previous week when a virtually unheard of case of the BUBONIC PLAGUE showed up in Los Angeles. Nothing real special, just the BUBONIC PLAGUE!
Surely these can't be related I thought, but curiosity got the better of me and I had to view the article. The article started -
"In the past year, two New Jersey laboratories have been unable to account for plague-infested mice and vials of deadly anthrax spores, and top state officials are scrambling to devise better ways to safeguard deadly material."
I hate it when I'm right, so I set out to prove that I was wrong by reading further. The article continues -
"Last week, state health officials said they could not account for two vials of anthrax bacteria once thought to have been stored at a government laboratory in Trenton. In September, a Newark health research lab lost track of three mice infected with the bacteria responsible for bubonic plague."
Bubonic plague. Isn't that special? The possible scenarios that caused this snafu?
"The mice were never located, and officials said the rodents might have been stolen, eaten by other lab animals or just misplaced in a paperwork error."
I always hate it when my dog eats my plague-ridden mice. But wait, there's more! This is what professor Richard Ebright has to say -
"If an adversary of the United States, such as al-Qaida, wanted to obtain this material, the most effective, simple procedure to do so is to plant a person in one of those numerous institutions that the administration has put in place working with this material,"
Ahhh, I love college professors. Just trying to help al-Quaida in the War on Terror. But can you believe that it gets even better? I believe that I have found the mice! Check this out -

Bubonic Plague Detected In 6 Colorado Counties
"State health officials said the bubonic plague has been detected in animals in six Colorado counties, including in 10 cats that may have been infected through hunting and eating infected rodents."
"Bubonic plague was detected in animals throughout the state last year and in three humans."
      The Real Effect
Let's recap shall we? A lab "loses bubonic mice" and then cats in Colorado just happen to contract the bubonic plague by most likely consuming bubonic mice? Coincidence? I think not. And yet the average person is blissfully unaware the federal government is setting up level 4 weapons labs all over creation. (See also here or the 1918 Flu Testing) But seriously, Iran's nuclear ambitions are a real problem to the world safety.

Look for continued health issues as diseases that were thought to be exterminated make a resurgance. After all, how can the globalists kill 90% of us if they don't use something to get the job done.

"If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels."
      - Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund - quoted in "Are You Ready For Our New Age Future?," Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December '95
"A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal."

      Russia, the Bear Awakens

One of the greatest legacies of the Ronald Reagan era was the collapse of communism and the Soviet Union. An outstanding achievement for a country that never officially fired a shot during the Cold War. But what if the Soviet Union is not actually dead, but suffering from a self-inflicted identity crisis and is currently playing possum?

      Consider the following -
Russian military planes flew undetected through the U.S. zone of the Arctic Ocean to Canada during recent military exercises, a senior Air Force commander said Saturday. The commander of the country's long-range strategic bombers, Lieutenant General Igor Khvorov, said the U.S. Air Force is now investigating why its military was unable to detect the Russian bombers. "They were unable to detect the planes either with radars or visually," he said.

Silly me, I thought that the Almighty United States was unable to be surprised, out-foxed or beaten. The article continues:
Khorov said that during the military exercises in April, Tu-160 Blackjack bombers and Tu-95 Bears had successfully carried out four missile launches. Bombing exercises were held using Tu-22 Blinders.

Both new planes will incorporate numerous upgrades from the initial Soviet models, the commander said. The bombers will be able to launch both cruise missiles and aviation bombs, and communicate via satellite.
      The Real Effect
So, several Russian planes slip inside of U.S. radar and stage 4 missile launches, undetected. Big deal right? Let's take note of a few facts:
      1. The TU-160 Blackjack is capable of carrying 12 Raduga Kh-55 cruise missiles or 12 Raduga Kh-15 short-range nuclear missiles. And those little nuclear puppies can move at up to Mach 5 although they have a short range of about 180 miles.
      2. Russia currently possesses 14 TU-160 bombers with 2 more to be operational by the end of the year for a total of 16 TU-160's.
      3. According to payload specifications, the Tu-95 Bear is capable of carrying 1 Raduga Kh-20 nuclear warhead.

Let's play pretend for a moment. The American military just had several nuclear warheads play peek-a-boo. Following the numbers presented, Russia is capable of putting well over 200 nuclear warheads into American targets. If a similar exercise is held and Russia decides to go live, most of the west coast and several key
command facilities have just been obliterated.

With China backing up Russia and both countries in bed with Iran, please explain to me how taking on the Persian empire is a wise move?

For the record, I do believe that Russia and China are very real and deadly military threats and that the last 17 years of diplomacy are nothing more than an attempt to lure the American people an military into a compromised position in order that they may easily secure dominance.

Look for Russia and China to block the U.S. led Iran sanctions leading the U.S. to impose it's own economic sanctions. Yet, Iran is not in any mood or position to be pressured by anyone, let alone the Great Satan. After this will follow some type of provocation that is tied to or directly the result of Iran's actions. This in turn enrages the "International Community" which sees no other option but to 'deal with Iran'.

The problem then becomes that Russia and China, two enormous militaries, are tied at the hip to Iran. They will perceive this as a direct threat and will most likely launch an invasion against the United States and Israel.

      Birdstorm on ABC

Following on the heels of Oilstorm, the FX pseudo-documentary that ran last year right before hurricane Katrina had her way with New Orleans comes the all-new, stunning program...
      Birdstorm!
      In all actuality:
"Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America" is set to air May 9, reports Michael Starr at the NY POST."

      The Real Effect
Couple of predictions on this propaganda, err... program:
      1. The program will feature attractive/desirable scientists who's warnings on bird flu will go unheeded.
      2. The scientists will be one of the only, if not the only voice of reason.
      3. Whatever Whitehouse administration is depicted, it will be completely inept and possibly greedy. (Perhaps being depicted as not favoring quarantine measures to protect the economy)
      4. The military, perhaps as specifically as FEMA, will be needed to control/quarantine people. (For their own good of course.)
      5. The populace in general will be blissfully ignorant of their impending doom, thereby justifying the necessity of the scientists.
      6. People that do not accept quarantine will portrayed as either stupid, selfish or religious zealots.
      7. Catastrophe will only be averted when the scientists are allowed to make public policy decisions that involve 'tough decisions'. (Perhaps establishing the necessity of genetic selection.)

Now, I just need to remember to watch it...

      Oil, Bilderberger Update

On 4/11/2006, I made the following prediction -
"Further, I believe oil and gasoline costs will continue to spike by 5-10% or 30-50% if the Straits are blocked over the next 2-3 months."
Let's review shall we? On 4/11/2006 the price of a barrel of crude was $68.74 and today crude settled at $71.35 a barrel. That's an increase of $2.61 or 3.8% over the last week.

On May 27, 2005, it was reported that the Bilderbergers including Henry Kissinger were calling for a doubling in the price of oil over the next year. Oil was $50.83 on the last day of trading before the conference occurred (May 5-8). Today it is $71.35. That is an increase of $20.52 or just over 40% with the major gas hikes still yet to come.

Iran Nuclear Club and Oil Prices Update

      Forbes reports the following -
"Denouncing Iran's successful enrichment of uranium as unacceptable to the international community, Secretary of State Conodoleezza Rice said Wednesday the U.N. Security Council must consider "strong steps" to induce Tehran to change course."
Just yesterday Real Effect reported the following -
"Bush will be forced to respond to the Iranian announcement by announcing that the 'world will not tolerate a nuclear Iran' and that the United Nations Security Council needs to increase pressure on Iran including sanctions in order to 'correct' their behavior."
      The Real Effect
Sound familiar? Remember what else was said -
"Further, I believe oil and gasoline costs will continue to spike by 5-10% or 30-50% if the Straits are blocked over the next 2-3 months."
The price of gas just jumped $0.20 over here on the corner overnight.

Iran Nuclear Club and Oil Prices

Iran has joined "the nuclear club". So what does this mean for us?

      The Real Effect
Bush will be forced to respond to the Iranian announcement by announcing that the 'world will not tolerate a nuclear Iran' and that the United Nations Security Council needs to increase pressure on Iran including sanctions in order to 'correct' their behavior.

There are several problems with this mentality:
      1. Russia and China are willing to back up Iran in the Security Council and militarily. Therefore, if we pick a fight with Iran, we are also picking a fight with the east. This is the new cold war.
      2. This will lead to an escalation of hostilities with Iran. I believe this will eventually lead to Iran 'guarding' the Straits of Hormuz from hostile western interests. This will spike oil costs (the leaders true intent) and justify western nation's invasion of Iran.

How do we know this? Because the administration including Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz among others has already stated as much in "Rebuilding America's Defenses" by the Project for the New American Century. In addition the World Tribune is reporting that the Illuminati run Council on Foreign Relations is being "told of U.S. plans for Iran strike".

Further, I believe oil and gasoline costs will continue to spike by 5-10% or 30-50% if the Straits are blocked over the next 2-3 months. This is happening already according to Reuters "U.S. crude futures rose 24 cents to $68.98 a barrel".

      Israeli Pre-Election Analysis

From Aaron Klein at World Net Daily -
"One day before national elections here, Jerusalem police this morning closed the Temple Mount to Jews and Christians in response to what officials say are specific threats – mostly by Muslim groups – related to disrupting the voting."
"We had information that if the Jews come to the Temple Mount, the Muslims will start violence."
"But Raed Sallah, leader of the Islamic Movement, an extremist group that promotes Muslim sovereignty over the Mount, reportedly has been delivering speeches at Israeli mosques urging Muslims to rush to the Al Aqsa Mosque on the Mount before elections to protect it from "Jewish attacks.""

      The Real Effect
We seem to have some confusion about this situation and my experience has taught me that when things are somewhat obscure, both sides may have valid information. In this case it seems plausible that both sides are telling some of the truth. As such what do we know for sure?
      1. Muslims have provoked violence at the site before.
      2. Muslims appear to have unrestricted access to the site a day before Israeli elections.
      3. Muslims are claiming that they would like to "protect it from "Jewish attacks."
      4. Israel could attack their own site.
      5. In order to have Jerusalem as the world's undivided epicenter for world religion, the Dome of the Rock has to go.

Keep an eye on the morning prayers at the site as being a potential target for an attack on the Dome of the Rock. If this happens, Iran will inevitably be blamed, Israel will launch attacks on Iran and a solid protectorate candidate will win in the Israeli elections.

      Thursday, March 23, 2006

      Iran Threatening Israel?

According to Aaron Klein from World Net Daily (WND) -
"Iran has ordered Palestinian terror groups to carry out a large-scale bombing inside Israel before elections here next week, security officials told WorldNetDaily."

"Officials say Iran has instructed the Islamic Jihad and West Bank cells of the Fatah-linked Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror groups to infiltrate immediately an Israeli city and carry out a mass-casualty attack. "

For those of you not following Israel at this time, elections will be held on March 28th, 2006 (Tuesday) to decide the new Prime Minister.

      The Real Effect
Could the Dome of the Rock be a potential target here? I know, it doesn't make sense on it's surface but follow me here. Things we know so far:
      1. Muslims (at least some Muslims) are willing to blow up each others mosques.
      2. The Dome is the 3rd most revered site to Muslims and the holiest site to Jews.
      3. While there is some dispute over the exact location, the general location is the home of Judaism's 3rd temple.
So, if the Dome is blown up, Muslims everywhere go berserk and blame Israel. Israel attacks Iran in response and the U.S. comes to Israel's aid. Hmmmm...a very possible scenario.

U.N. of Religions & The Downfall of Religion

In my New Year's Predictions for 2006 I posted the following -
"With 'radicals' being blamed for most if not all of the terrorist acts in the world, Look for a start of a clarion call to 'harmonize' and 'unite' the world in their common belief in a creator. The problem? It's a set-up for a one-world religion that defies Satan and man."

Let's clear one thing up. In that posting I meant to say "defies God and enthrones Satan and man" however I have a rule of not altering the text of a post once I put it up. True, I may alter the formatting to ensure readability, but I would like to ensure that all my readers can believe that I am not padding my predictions. Ok, on to the news.

      According to the BBC -
"The Chief Rabbi of Israel, Yona Metzger, has called for the creation of a world body with representatives from the major religious groups. He called for the formation of a "United Nations of religious groups"."
      The Real Effect
This is not all that surprising. Anyone that studies the Holy Scriptures knows that this will be the general trend. Look for continued debate on this particular subject with the emphasis being on 'ending all the killing in the name of religion'.

Iran - Did Bush Tip His Hand?

The AFP ran an article that stated -

"US President George W. Bush said he hoped to resolve the nuclear dispute with Iran with diplomacy, but warned Tehran he would "use military might" if necessary to defend Israel."
""The threat from Iran is, of course, their stated objective to destroy our strong ally Israel. That's a threat, a serious threat. It's a threat to world peace," the US president said after a speech defending the war in Iraq.""

Of course this is nothing new, as Bush has stated similar things previously and Israel has stated that they would act if the U.N. did not.

      The Real Effect
It is quite possible that Bush is outlining how to get into Iran here. But in order to justify that, Israel would have to do enough to provoke Iran into either defending itself or attacking Israel. But would bombing the nuclear facilites at Bushehr be enough to provoke Iran?

Bird Flu - The Shamdemic Continues

U.S. Interior Secretary Gale Norton has come out to spook the American public into buying into the bird flu tripe. Norton is quoted by Reuters as saying -

it was "increasingly likely" that bird flu would be detected in the United States as early as this year.

      In addition,
"Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns unveiled a plan to increase monitoring of migratory birds that are likely to bring the bird flu virus to U.S. shores."

      The Real Effect
Perhaps this is being stated to push the funding of the pandemic flu fund that passed 99-1 on Friday in the senate with the stated intent -
"To provide for the establishment of a reserve fund concerning pandemic influenza preparedness planning."
It's all about the money. Need I say more?

      Gasoline Recap

I just drove by the local gas stations here in Racine and saw prices hovering around the $2.59 mark.

Roughly seven weeks ago I made the following prediction -
"Look for gas prices to rise to roughly $2.70-$2.85 over the next few months to set the pace for $4 gasoline this summer."

      The Real Effect
We're not quite to $2.70 yet, but the price is coming. It's just going to take a bit of time.

$9 Trillion Debt and Senior Citizens

The Senate has voted to increase the debt to almost $9 trillion dollars. For those keeping track, that is a 50% increase in the national debt since 2002. Yes, in just 4 short years we have managed to dig an even larger hole for ourselves.

      The Real Effect
It doesn't bother me that our country is in debt. Debt is something that becomes a normal cycle of living in as much as you sometimes run a surplus and at times you owe someone. What does bother me is the attitude that surrounds this latest increase. A couple of observations:
      1. Republicans play ostrich when it comes to Bush's inability to keep the credit card firmly in the pocketbook. Their answer? 'It's a post 9/11 world.'
      2. Most politicians are behaving as though the general coffers are their own personal re-election promissory fund. Who can forget Rep. Tom Delay (R) coming out and declaring "victory" on the war on budget fat? And these are the conservatives?
      3. Inflation and personal saving is becoming a real problem. We can thank NAFTA and CAFTA for that one. Remember, when it comes to FTAA, just say no.

This brings me to my primary point. As a whole, senior citizens have checked out.

The so called "Greatest Generation" has shown the stamina of one Mike Tyson. Sure, in their prime they destroyed all competition, but they have grown fat and lazy on Social Security contracts. This isn't to say that past sacrifices are not appreciated, but what good does it do to defeat Hitler at the back door and let Stalin in the front?

The founding fathers risked everything they owned in order to create the possibility that subsequent generations could grasp liberty. Yet, virtually anyone over the age of 50 seems content with worrying about their problems. This generation has cashed out all their chips in hopes of hitting the jackpot and have come home to roost with a door prize. Worse still, the following generation seems worse.

Let us take a moment and thank those that still labor for our collective liberty in spite of immense opposition. God bless the troops, the Minutemen and others who have revived the true spirit of freedom in hopes to save the Republic that their forefathers labored to create.

      Iran Watch - Growing Rhetoric

According to Mosnews back on February 16th, ultra-psycho Vladimir Zhirinovsky came out as stating "a U.S. attack against Iran was “inevitable.”" and "The date for the strike is already known — it is the election day in Israel (March 28)."

Seeing as how Zhirinovsky was a raving lunatic at least half the time, I was extremely wary to run the news on my site. However, even the most delusional of us is privy to good and timely information so I decided to pair this information with other notable reports.
John Bolton, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations "has told British MPs that military action could bring Iran's nuclear programme to a halt if all diplomatic efforts fail." All of this comes right before the meeting of the IAEA to refer Iran to the U.N. Security Council.

      The Real Effect
Seeing as how there are so many different ways to handle the situation, I am unsure of what the script is on the Iran situation. It has been roughly five years since the last major terrorist incident in the United States so one form of logic would dictate that in order to justify the invasion in the American psyche, the US would need to be attacked as it was before the Iraq war. Yet there has been no attack as of yet. Perhaps Israel will launch the attack and the U.S. will assist.

The truth be told, the date hardly matters as much as the effect this action will have on the mideast as a whole. Of course according to Dick Cheney we could just nuke the entire region.

The Iranian solution will be an invasion. The overiding question is when?

      War on Religion 2006

"A large explosion destroyed the golden dome of one of Iraq's most famous Shiite shrines Wednesday, spawning mass protests and triggering reprisal attacks against Sunni mosques. It was the third major attack against Shiite targets this week and threatened to inflame sectarian tensions."

      The Real Effect
Not good for the 'peace' in Iraq.

In my predictions for 2006, I stated the following -
"The supposed problem behind the terrorist movement is being portrayed as radical 'fundamentalism'." "With 'radicals' being blamed for most if not all of the terrorist acts in the world, Look for a start of a clarion call to 'harmonize' and 'unite' the world in their common belief in a creator. "
For the last ten years we have been hearing about "militant Islamo-fascism", "fundamentalist Christians", "Separatists" and a whole host of rhetorical blurring. We are lead to believe the following by many that are supposedly in-the-know:
      1. Some beliefs possessed by sects of a religion are inherently dangerous and
      2. These dogmas are embodied by zealots that deceive normal people into becoming irrational and dangerous therefore
      3. The religions the sects purport to represent themselves are dangerous
The global planners are literally banking on this bait-and-switch tactic in order to drive most decent people into believing that 'the other side out to get us' to goad us into 'getting them before they get us'. One only needs to look at the flimsy excuses being offered in the official 9/11 story to see this idea in action. (Like many of the alleged hijackers are still alive.)

I believe that this has moved past the propaganda phase and has moved into the implementation phase where they will drive the world into a religious war in an attempt to harmonize the religions into peace. Problem, reaction, solution.

Look for further attacks to fan the flames of war with possible targets including the Al Aqusa Mosque, Dome of the Rock, Wailing Wall, Christian churches, synagogues.

The National Animal Identification System (NAIS)

The US Department of Agriculture is planning, for all intents and purposes, a national identification system that will eventually track and trace movements of ALL animals. In case there is any doubt that this is authentic, please check the following link to the government's own website.

Some important points to consider from Mary Zanoni, Ph.D. (Cornell), J.D. (Yale),-

      1) "The Department proposes surveillance of every property where even a single animal of any livestock species is kept; and to require, at a minimum, the radio-frequency identification tagging of every animal. (Standards, pp. 3-4, 6, 17-18.)"
"In these instances, the "premises" that the Department plans to subject to GPS satellite surveillance (Standards, p. 10) and distance radio-frequency reading (Standards, p. 27) are the homes of these tens of millions of citizens."

      2) "The Department does not plan to issue "alerts" to inform livestock owners of the requirements until April 2007, only eight months prior to the date when it will be mandatory to submit the GPS coordinates of one's home and the RFID of one's animal to the USDA database. The final rule governing mandatory home and animal surveillance will not be published until "fall 2007" (Plan, p. 10), leaving only a couple of months, at best, for notification and compliance before January 2008."

      3) "In addition, the proposals call for an animal owner to report, within 24 hours, any missing animal, any missing tag, the sale of an animal, the death of an animal, the slaughter of an animal, the purchase of an animal, the movement of an animal off the farm or homestead, the movement of an animal onto the farm or homestead. (Standards, pp. 13, 18-19, 21.)"

      4) Timeline
      • January 2008: All premises registered with enforcement (regardless of livestock movements).
      • January 2008: Animal identification required with enforcement.
      • January 2009: Enforcement for the reporting of animal movements." (Plan, p. 17; emphasis added.)

      5) Of course this will be at your cost -
"The proposed NAIS makes clear that animal owners will have to pay the costs of registration and surveillance of their homes, farms, and livestock. ("[T]here will be costs to producers, private funding will be required..." (Plan, p. 11) "Producers will identify their animals and provide necessary records to the databases... All groups will need to provide labor..." (Plan, p. 14.) In fact, the financial and labor requirements for animal owners would be huge. Livestock owners, even the owner of one pet horse who takes rides off the property, would have to invest in RFID reading devices and software to report information. The Standards and Plan do not enlighten us about the amount of these costs."
      The Real Effect
All of this is in light of the continued push for an ever increasing police state in a supposed "post 9/11" world. Consider this announcement by Houston's police chief Harold Hurtt "suggesting putting surveillance cameras in apartment complexes, downtown streets and even private homes."

There can be little doubt that there is an organized push to create a surveillance society that tracks and monitors every action that a citizen takes. My friends, that IS the definition of a police state.

Quick Update: Bird Flu - Iraq Style

Bird Flu has been found in Iraq.

      The Real Effect
I am concerned that the flu will 'spread' to U.S. soldiers and contractors and supposedly find it's way back home to the United States. Perhaps I will post later about how the flu has been found to be similar to the much dreaded pandemic 1918 Spanish flu.

      Oil Price Increase Coming?

The average price of a gallon of gasoline in the Racine, WI area have been about $2.39 for a decent amount of time here, so now is a great time to reevaluate my predictions for gasoline prices in 2006.

June 15, 2005: With the premier of my blog, I stated -
"This (article from Drudge) combined with the information released from this years Bilderberger meeting stating from multiple sources (Henry Kissinger being one) that crude would at least double perhaps triple over the next year."
At the time I started writing, the price of crude was weighing in at $55 a barrel and has recently hit $69 again. This is slightly lower than the $71 price in wake if hurricane Katrina, but represents an increase of 25% with the most aggressive price increases yet to come.

Now, it is hardly a noble feat to predict a continued increase cost in a bullish market, but I must remind the reader that at the time I predicted this many so-called "experts" were stating that oil prices would either hold or decrease. In addition to that, I was not merely predicting that prices would continue upwards, but would double.

      The Real Effect
The upcoming war with Iran seems poised to trigger yet another summer push in crude prices like we have seen for the last several years. In order to achieve the stated goal of doubling crude prices, a drastic push will be needed early. I believe that is coming very soon and that we have already seen the precursors to that push. Look for gas prices to rise to roughly $2.70-$2.85 over the next few months to set the pace for $4 gasoline this summer.

      Bin Laden Surfaces

Well, well. We have a new tape from Osama bin Laden and just in time to prompt a response for the situation in Iran.

      The Real Effect
I totally do not buy this tape as the timing is way too convenient. Condi Rice comes out stating that the United States is through negotiating with Iran and suddenly bin Laden shows up asking for a truce?

Hmmmm...how to view this tape? I think the following is a very real possibility:
      1. The so-called conservative talking heads will claim that because bin Laden wants a truce, the 'Global War on Terror' and the initiative on Iraq is working in spades.
      2. Because the 'war' is a success, we must push further.
      3. This will provoke a response from the CIA asset bin Laden in which he will claim responsibility for another attack on American soil.
      4. This will provide the pretext to extend the war on terror into Iran.

Iran Watch - Analyzing the Rhetoric

Upon reading the news this morning, I came across the following article -

Rice: No Point in More Iran Negotiations
Lately I have not been reading the articles surrounding the Iranian standoff because quite frankly they were all saying the same thing. But this is an important article.

Here the U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, is signaling that the war effort has reached the next step. So I thought it would be important to analyze some of the key phrases and ideas behind the upcoming war with Iran. But before we even begin to understand the situation properly we must first understand the nuances and beliefs behind those making the decisions.

First, in order to conserve space and time we will start with the assumption that the world is being guided into a global(socialist/communist/totalitarian) government by individuals that lead the nations. There is abundant evidence to reinforce this assumption, however that is a separate argument.

Second, these individuals goal is furthered by empowering the vehicles of this One World Order: the United Nations, International Atomic Energy Agency and International Criminal Court.

Lastly, in order to achieve global rule the idea of individualism or sovereignty must be abolished. This will has started with supposed 'rogue' (what are they rogue from?) nations and is now carrying on to other non-rogue states. In regards to Iran, their supposed 'right' to possess nuclear technology is in question.

      Our article starts...
"France, with the support of the United States, rejected Iran's request for more negotiations on the Islamic republic's nuclear program, with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice saying Wednesday "there's not much to talk about" after Iran resumed atomic activities.""
...regarding an upcoming meeting of the IAEA....

"French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin said European nations were seeking the "greatest possible consensus" on dealing with Iran, and the upcoming meeting was a "very important moment."

"Rice said Iran must not be allowed to have a nuclear weapons capability or "to pursue activities that might to a nuclear weapons capability."" "Later, during a speech at Georgetown University, Rice said the international community was united in its belief that Iran "stepped over a line when it broke the seals" at its main uranium enrichment facility and resumed reprocessing nuclear fuel."

"The Iranians want to make this about their rights. It's not about their rights," Rice said. "It's about the ability of the international system to trust them with the capabilities and technologies that could lead to a nuclear weapon."
      The Real Effect
Unfortunately Condi, this is about Iran's right to possess nuclear technology. Either a nation possesses this right and is sovereign or it does not. What the globalists are doing is controlling the discussion. By limiting discussion to Iran's compliance to "the international community" they bypass the discussion on the validity of their argument.

Let us suppose that a neighbor of mine was a raging alcoholic that was attempting to purchase a firearm. The neighbor can use the firearm for multiple purposes and his alcoholism has little to do with his right to purchase a firearm. He has committed no crime and it is largely possible that he intends to defend himself with the weapon from a rash of robbers plaguing the neighborhood.

Now, in my quest to deny my neighbor his firearm, I solicit the help of other neighbors and we invoke the mantra of 'safe communities' to justify our desire to deny our neighbor his weapon. Does the presence of more people of like mind justify our position? Do our supposed collective rights and desire for our idealistic 'safe communities' supersede his rights to defend himself? I believe the answer to this is a definitive no.

Under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty that Iran signed, there is no prohibition against nuclear research. Yet, just because Iran might wage war does not justify other countries in their opinion to preempt Iran's sovereign right to engage in peaceful research. Remember, might does not make right. And just as a refresher, let us recall the United States record of so called 'Weapons of Mass Destruction" in Iraq. (Read Devvy Kidd's article Iran, Bush & Communist China)

Consider if you will Bush's call for Global Democracy. He is not speaking of freedom nearly as much as he is speaking of his perception that the majority be able to inflict their will on the minority. Yet in most cases majority is determined not by sheer numbers, but by possession of technology and weapons.

Notice how each successive World War and conflict has increasingly relied on the perceived 'international will'. Bosnia, Kosovo, Serbia, Iraq, the list goes on and on.That my friends is de-facto global government.

In the following months, let us pay attention for an official declaration of war by Congress, I'm assuming that we will not see one but instead will see an informal and unconstitutional (illegal) military action to support the whims of the United Nations.

      The Upcoming 'Tagging' Trend

There is disturbing trend in society developing on the back burners of the press and teen 'hip-ness' that should bother all liberty minded individuals. Tagging, chipping, RFID, whatever you might call it, it all boils down to the same basic concept and it communicates to the unwary consumer that 'You are not safe unless you are connected to the system.'

Let's look at just a small section of the compartmentalized programs that are being used to popularize what some could consider 'the mark of the beast' :

      The Real Effect
Does society really want to start tagging people? Are people an asset to manage or do we ...have something to hide (from)? One has only to look at the neighborhood cameras being installed all over in order to realize that for humans it is not a matter of if, but when.

With convenience comes the centralization of power, and with that comes the potential abuse of power. Why do we allow the concentration of so much power into one small resource?
I believe that we are a tad ahead of the curve on this one here and it is difficult to speculate exactly how this will work out, but it would seem that we are about 1 1/2 - 2 years away from a major public relations push to begin to chip EVERYTHING. That would put the push at about late 2007 to 2008. Only time will tell on this one.
